Seven Point Health Partners offers healthcare business consulting. This page describes the information involved when you visit this website or contact us. Please do not send patient records, protected health information, or other sensitive clinical details through this site, email, or the booking form.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your message, contact details, and any information you choose to include. If you book a consultation, Calendly collects the booking information you enter and may share it with us; Zoom provides the meeting. See Calendly’s privacy notice and Zoom’s privacy statement for their handling practices. Enter business contact information and organization-level priorities only. Booking a business consultation does not request medical care.
AI and the interactive assessment
The assessment uses a fixed set of rules in this browser; it is not an AI chatbot and does not send your answers to an AI provider. There is no patient upload, patient account, or live clinical AI tool on this website. Our AI consulting descriptions refer to potential client projects, not automated care delivered through this site. Any later project involving personal information requires its own agreed data handling arrangements before that information is used.
Assessment answers
The three-question needs assessment runs in your browser. It does not submit your answers to Seven Point and does not save them after you leave the page.
Calendar choice and site operation
The embedded Calendly calendar is optional. We remember your choice in browser local storage under sevenpoint-calendar-consent. The calendar loads only when you allow it or select “Show available times.” Opening the direct booking link takes you to Calendly. The site host may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address and browser details, and set security cookies to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently run a separate marketing analytics script on this site.
How we use information
We use contact and booking information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, and discuss requested services. We may retain business correspondence as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. We do not sell information submitted through this website.
Sharing and choices
OpenAI Sites hosts this website, with Cloudflare infrastructure supporting delivery and security. These providers may receive technical request data. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Calendly and Zoom support scheduling and meetings when you use them. You can choose “Essential only” in the banner and use the direct Calendly link, or change your calendar preference with “Privacy settings” in the footer. You can ask us about access, correction, or deletion of information you gave us by emailing carlos.navas@sevenpointhealth.com; we will review requests subject to applicable obligations.
Retention and removing your preference
Assessment answers remain only in the current page’s memory. Your calendar preference stays in this browser’s local storage until you change it or clear site data. Business correspondence and booking details may remain in the relevant email and scheduling services for business needs and applicable obligations; contact us to request deletion. Selecting “Essential only” stops and removes the embedded calendar from this page but does not erase data already held by Calendly. You may need to clear its cookies in your browser or contact Calendly separately.
Health information and security
This public website is not a patient portal or a channel for medical records. If a consulting engagement requires protected health information, appropriate contracts, including a business associate agreement where required, and an approved secure exchange must be established before sharing. The website privacy notice is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and does not certify an engagement or vendor as HIPAA compliant.
