These terms apply to use of the Seven Point Health Partners website. The site describes potential consulting services and provides a preliminary needs assessment. It does not create a client relationship or a commitment to provide services.
Information and assessment
Website content and assessment results are general business information, not clinical, legal, financial, reimbursement, or regulatory advice. Recommendations are exploratory and depend on a later review of your circumstances. Do not rely on this site to make patient care decisions.
Services and agreements
The example hour budgets are invitations to discuss a project, not fixed packages. The consultation helps us agree on the work, hours, fee, and timing. Project hours cover the whole agreed term, rather than renewing each month. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities require a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Any agreement draft linked from the site is for discussion only and does not become effective by viewing it. No booking or email alone purchases a service.
Healthcare and AI boundaries
Seven Point’s website describes business consulting, not diagnosis, treatment, telemedicine, or emergency services. Any AI workflow proposed for a client requires an agreed use case, authorized data access, appropriate vendor arrangements, and human review before use. The assessment is a rules-based starting point, not a clinical or automated eligibility decision. Do not use this website for emergencies; call 911 in the United States or your local emergency service.
Purchases and ongoing services
This website does not take payment or automatically enroll you in a subscription. A consultation booking has no automatic renewal or consulting charge. The total project fee, any installment schedule, cancellation terms, additional hourly rate, specialist budget, and any separately agreed commercial participation must be specified in the signed engagement agreement. Project extensions and additional hours require written approval; projects do not automatically renew. Revenue, savings, reimbursement, and growth outcomes are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit patient records or protected health information through booking or email. Do not present the site's content as an endorsement or guarantee of a particular business outcome.
Third-party services
Calendly handles booking and Zoom handles meetings. Their services and terms apply when you choose to use them. Links to outside services are provided for convenience.
Site availability and changes
We may revise site content and these terms. We aim to keep the site useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every description remains current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without a guarantee of outcomes. A signed client agreement, if any, controls the services under that agreement.
